Spa Day

Daphne officially loves her baths. When I put her in the tub a few days ago, she held onto the sides for dear life. Then after a few minutes she seemed to decide that bathing isn't all that bad because she let go and started sucking on her fingers and kicking around. Today she skipped the death grip and went straight to relaxing.

I think she would stay in there all day if we let her.

By the way, what exactly do you do when your baby goes to the bathroom (#1) in the bath? Because I most certainly did not just keep her in there and continue pouring water over her belly.

**I have to clarify...I did just leave her in the water. David told me to!!

Well, it is a little difficult to tell #1, unless you see the yellow. Then you take Daphne out, clean the tub and then wash Daphne again.

#2 is easier to spot. And you do the same thing as above.

It's part of life. It will happen again.

Aw, those pictures are cute! She definitely looks like she's enjoying herself!

Yup, you take the baby out, rinse the tub and re-wash the baby in clean water! LOL! The joys of motherhood! And yes, it will happen again! Be thankful it wasn't #2... that's even grosser to clean out! She's SO cute!

Why did you listen to David?

yay cute baby! Take a bath in your pee!

Hey Daphne, its better than duck and geese poop. That is what happened when your grandpa roth would put birds in your mommy and auntie erin's bath!

I like that it looks like she is relaxing and waving in the second photo.

Ummmm because GrammaR she is supposed to listen to David...

GrandpaR, there are times when it is better to not listen. Would you eat yellow snow if your dad told you to?

I don't think eating yellow snow even remotely compares to being in bath water that is 0.00034% baby pee. So, not sufficient reason to council outright rebellion against the husband! DaDS/husbands unite!
